If you book between 15 July and 15 November, regardless of the dates of your future stay, you’ll pay just 50 euros at the time of booking instead of the usual 20% deposit.
This amount will, of course, be deducted from the balance due when you pay the full amount for your stay, 30 days before your arrival.
However, if you cancel more than 30 days before arrival, the 50 euros will not be refunded.
In particular, you can take advantage of this to book a stay in 2027 right now, including for the highly sought-after dates in July and August!
We are therefore offering you the opportunity to secure your place at Les Brisants many months in advance without any major risk; if your plans were to change and you unfortunately had to cancel your stay at least 30 days before your arrival, the cancellation would only cost you 50 euros!
But you can also take advantage of this offer to organise a relaxing, rejuvenating break at Les Brisants at the end of 2026.
October and November are ideal months to discover the charm, tranquillity and authenticity of Île d’Oléron in the off-season, even if only for a weekend… A complete change of scenery is guaranteed, and at Les Brisants, you can enjoy the ocean whatever the weather. In fact, the view from the villa is even more breathtaking on stormy days!
In December, the villa is decked out in thousands of lights and festive decorations invite you to celebrate the end of the year. From 27 November 2026 to 4 January 2027, a festive table will be laid for each stay and, as there is always a little magic at Les Brisants, Father Christmas is sure to bring little surprises for all the guests...
